Data Resources

HomeManager provides totally unbiased information for its members. We do have some corporate sponsorships that enable companies to offer benefits to our members. Otherwise, we do not allow vendors or contractors to advertise on HomeManager.

Professional Services

HM has a vast number of contractors serving on our advisory board. We meet with them to discuss such topics as cost of services, newest advances in their respected industries, safety measures, and identification of scams targeting homeowners. We use this information to update our data monthly, so our members are able to make the best choices for their family in terms of home care and maintenance projects.

Labor Cost by Region

Estimating the labor cost of various home maintenance tasks can be time consuming and confusing, but HM provides a simple solution. Our labor cost graph, which appears under the maintenance section of our website, depicts the cost of various tasks ranging from the lowest to the highest estimates. This will give you a guide as to what constitutes a fair market price which you can estimate in your region.

Questions

If, at any time, you need to have a question answered about a home maintenance issue, just use our chat service on the HM website. Describe your concern or pose a question and we will respond to you ASAP so you can continue with your task.
